What are the costs of a rental agent?

  • A private agent who does everything for you costs 1 month of the eventual rent. (w/ minimum of €1.950,- excl. VAT)

  • And for people who would like to share it’s starting at €2.500,-

  • Our guide with tips and tricks worth of €495,- is included

  • There will be a down payment of €750,-

  • If we succeed finding an apartment, the €750,- will be deducted fo the total costs.

After you have made a choice, we take care of the negotiations, contracts, and legal -and financial advice. You will not have to incur unnecessary costs with other real estate agents or landlords. We help you with the check-in process, but we also help you if you terminate your contract in the future. But of course, also during your rental period, we are always available for you!
